We are happy to ship all of our products world wide however because of the random shape, size and weight of some of our products it is very difficult to calculate a fair shipping cost to every area on our e-commerce website.

Placing an order for Delivery outside the UK

If you are interested in placing an order with us and the website has not offered you a delivery option on the basket page, please fill in the form below giving the details for the items you would like to purchase plus your address and postal code. We will get back to you with an accurate price for the shipping costs.

VAT / Sales Tax

The prices on our website include UK VAT however once you input your delivery country on the checkout page, the website has been set to remove all UK VAT (Sales Tax) from the prices you pay on any orders leaving the UK.

however please keep in mind that you will most likely be charged VAT your local rate at point of entry into your own country, plus depending on where you live and what the trade agreement your country has with ours there may also be some import duty to pay and a handling fee from the shipping company who arranges the payments on your behalf.

After we have dispatched your goods and they arrive in your country the shipping company will message you to confirm the amount you need to pay. This now applies to all EU orders.

Please note that we have absolutely no control over these costs and fees, the VAT money goes to your government and they set the rates, please don’t message us to complain as there is nothing we can do.
